2. Services Provided Suntryp Holidays provides an online platform for booking accommodations, including hotels, houses, and villas ("Properties"). We act as an intermediary between you and the Property owners or managers. We do not own, manage, or control the Properties listed on our website.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1. Booking Process: To secure a booking, full payment must be made no later than 21 days before the check-in date. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process. Payments are processed securely, and your payment details will be protected as per our Privacy Policy.
3.3. Pricing and Fees: All prices listed on our website are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional fees or charges (e.g., cleaning fees, taxes) will be clearly disclosed before booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. General Policy: Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific Property and are subject to the terms set by the Property owner or manager. These policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
4.2. Money Back Guarantee: If applicable, our Money Back Guarantee is available between 15 calendar days before the booking date and up to 15 calendar days after the booking has taken place, provided the guest leaves earlier due to issues reported via email or support ticket. Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific conditions set by the Property owner or manager.
4.3. Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
4.4. Force Majeure: Suntryp Holidays shall not be liable for cancellations or any failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any misrepresentation may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
5.2. Compliance with Property Rules: You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and instructions provided by the Property owner or manager. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, eviction, or forfeiture of your booking.
5.3. No Unauthorized Commercial Use: You may not use our services for unauthorized commercial purposes, including but not limited to, reselling bookings or misrepresenting Suntryp Holidays.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1. Limitation of Liability: Suntryp Holidays acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Property owners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of the Properties listed on our website.
6.2. Disclaimer of Warranties: All services provided by Suntryp Holidays are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, or reliability of our website or services.
6.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suntryp Holidays, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
